Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This document is a starting template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication. Items shown in square brackets — such as [INSERT COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] — must be completed.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how [INSERT COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Floward AI", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Floward AI website (the "Site"). The Site is an informational and marketing website. We collect very little information from visitors, and this policy describes what we do collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. This policy applies to the Site only.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in only two ways:

  • Information you provide through our contact form. If you choose to contact us, you may submit your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service.
  • Usage information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view. This is collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare's built-in analytics (our Site is hosted on Cloudflare).

We do not otherwise collect personal information. The Site does not let you create an account, make a purchase, or upload content.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries you send us — we will only email you in reply to a message you submit through the contact form.
  • To understand and improve how the Site is used, through aggregate and statistical analytics.
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Google Analytics and Cloudflare's analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect usage data as described above. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. We do not use remarketing or advertising services, we do not display advertising on the Site, and we do not use your information to target ads.

5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that operate the Site on our behalf, and only as needed to provide those services:

  • Formspree — processes contact-form submissions
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your information to anyone.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and Cloudflare.

8. Your Privacy Rights

European Economic Area & United Kingdom (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases for processing your information are your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is described here. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

This page serves as our posted privacy notice and describes the categories of information we collect, as set out above. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites over time, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals; however, we do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites when you use the Site.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as floward.ai). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.

13. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, you can contact us using the contact form on our homepage or by email at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL].
